Delete your account
Enter your account email and we'll send a confirmation link. Deletion is immediate once confirmed, and cannot be undone. You don't need the app — this works for any PostPerk account.
If you have a consumer account
Your profile, sessions, email address, and unredeemed reward codes are permanently deleted, along with links to your social posts and any uploaded screenshots. Anonymized records of approved submissions are retained — venues are billed per approved post, so the record that a post was approved survives with nothing linking it to you. Signed in already? You can delete instantly from your profile.
If you have a business account
Deletion is available to the account owner. Campaigns close immediately, team members lose access, and the venue's identifying details are permanently removed. Anonymized billing records are retained. Rewards your customers already earned are not voided — under the merchant agreement you remain obligated to honor them. Owners signed in can delete from business settings.
